Vegas Rocks! Magazine 5-yr Anniversary

Vegas Rocks! Magazine celebrated its 5 year anniversary in front of the Las Vegas sign on August 11, 2009. Vegas Rocks! is a local, free rock publication magazine in Las Vegas.

The goal was to break the world record of the most guitarists playing along to Elvis Presley's classic "Viva Las Vegas" in front of the Las Vegas sign.

The publishing queen of rock 'n roll (creator of Vegas Rocks!), Sally Steele hosted the event and our own cool Mayor, Oscar Goodman even showed up to play some guitar and sing along with the rockin' Elvis impersonator.
